Before the call, it helps if you know: how many legal entities you operate, how many locations, which accounting system you're on, and roughly how long after month-end your financials are ready. If you don't know the last one, that is itself a useful answer.

  • The call. Thirty minutes. You describe the current state, I ask hard questions about it.
  • A scope and a number. In writing, within two business days, with what is and isn't included.
  • A first month. No long-term contract. Thirty days' notice either way, at any point.
